I've been remiss!

I can't believe I haven't congratulated my teacher, coach, and friend, Johnny Ramirez, for his performance at last weekend's On the Mat tourney in Hawaii. He won his weight division AND the weight division above him, AND he placed third in the open. (He is about 145 lbs soaking wet.) So, hearty congrats to Johnny!

Happy belated Independence Day.

Not much else going on. Did a hard CrossFit workout today, had some breakfast, and am digesting a bit before training. Then tonight is the UFC! Griffin vs. Jackson.
