Random aside
I keep sustaining weird but not debilitating injuries. At the moment I have a tender spot on the side of my right knee. Not sure what that's from. I also have a swollen top-of-the-left foot. I'm thinking that one might be because I'm focusing on keeping my toes flexed when I push off the mat, and maybe that repetitive motion has strained something.
So of course I just ice them and keep training. It's the smart thing to do.
Smart = typical of grapplers but not really smart at all.
Okay, more tomorrow on wedding day, the following days, and the tourney in VA. Right now I'm gonna go be mindful.

I'm icing my knee as I read your blog. I really should rest it for a while. Class starts in 3 hours. That should be enough rest.
