Hospitality, Juneau style
I arrived in Juneau this morning. Debbie came to pick me up at the airport and we sort of farted the day away: walked the dogs, ate bagels, napped. It's beautiful here, just a little rainy and a little cold (~50s). We're headed over to Deb's boyfriend Shane's place now for dinner, and I have been informed that I have to sit outside in the rain while they do it. I told them I'd give them 5 minutes. Debbie said that should be more than enough time.
The upside is, Shane has many fun things at his place: an excavator, an outhouse he built himself, a hot tub, big-wheeled motorcycles, and enough guns to equip a lone dude who likes to have lots of guns. I want to shoot one. I figure if I give them their alone time, I might be able to.
Watch this space for further details. Tastefully described, of course.

Hey Val sounds like it must be real quiet up there. Must be nice for a change from the rat race. Give me a ring when you get down to Soul Cal, you're welcome to crash at my pad if ya like. Ocean views. Only requirement is that you will have to let me teach you to surf. Since I can't even do it yet myself, it will be loads of fun, guaranteed lol 858 342 1188. - Ed

Pictures!
Thanks, Ed!
Fat Tony, the lovemaking of two people is an intimate and special event. (In other words, they wouldn't let me in there with a camera.)
that reminds me of my trip to joshua tree rock climbing I finally had to get up and just go away far enough from the tent next door for like an hour while they were uh well doing the beast with two backs eh? lol ... ed
